Good wine and great food are among life’s finer offerings. While you may not normally have the wallet to indulge in every variety of wine all at once, the South Walton Beaches Wine and Food Festival is offering you a unique opportunity to do just that.

Gist of the Event
The 2018 South Walton Beaches Wine and Food Festival returns to give Emerald Coast residents and visitors the chance to sample more wine and food than they could imagine. This charity event offers a wine experience unparalleled among Northwest Florida wine festivals.
The festival runs April 26–29 at the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. You can buy tickets for one or all of the events via the online ticket portal.
Thursday, April 26
The kickoff event for the festival takes place on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The festival will host honored winemakers and shakers from some of the top wineries in the world. And of course, there will be plenty of world-class wine to taste.
Friday, April 27
Friday is reserved for the VIP Wine Tasting event. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., this event features top wine celebrities presenting and pouring rare and collectible wines. To accompany the vino, VIPs will enjoy food pairings from local restaurants including Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant and Bar, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Grimaldi’s Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria, Cantina Laredo Modern Mexican Food, The Wine Bar, Emeril’s Coastal Italian, Everkrisp, Kilwin’s Chocolates, Fudge and Ice Cream, and Another Broken Egg Café.
Along with the tasting and food pairings, guests will receive a commemorative XL Riedel glass and express entry to Saturday’s Grand Tasting.
Saturday, April 28
Saturday marks the beginning of the biggest and best part of the festival. During day one of the Grand Tasting, guests can come from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. to enjoy an enormous scope of diverse and quality wines. More than 800 wines will be available at the Grand Tasting, and your ticket price includes Savor South Walton Culinary Village, Tasting Seminars, Champagne Lane Tasting, Spirits Row, chef demos and Nashville Songwriters Showcase.
Sunday, April 29
Sunday is the second day of the Grand Tasting event. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., you can once again enjoy an array of food and wine samplings, complete with live demonstrations and info sessions.
