Summer Wild Camp at the Emerald Grande
Make sure to check out the Summer Wild Camp at the Emerald Grande for an amazing summer experience for the kiddos! Campers become submerged in the world of native wildlife and other rescued animals! Your kids will learn about rehabilitation and conservation of Florida’s native species including marine mammals, sea turtles fish and more. There is a field trip to explore the marine creatures living on the shore, and practice rescuing a life-sized dolphin. Get ready for daily animal encounters with the Refuge’s animal ambassadors, snacks, juice, making new friends and much more! The camp will begin Monday, July 10th at 9:00 AM and end the following Friday. Rising 1st grades to rising 5th graders are encouraged to participate!
