Lee Nissan & The Wounded Warrior Project

Lee Nissan is proud to announce that it is part of the official automotive partnership with Wounded Warrior Project(WWP). We have an opportunity to raise proceeds through various means to contribute to the WWP. The program assists wounded veterans once they return to civilian life at home. Nissan’s support of WWP includes a recent “Project Titan” adventure, in which two injured veterans piloted a custom-built Nissan Titan pickup on a 10-day adventure through the Alaskan wilderness. On Veterans’ Day 2014, a short film aired on the History2 Channel, Hulu, XBOX Live and YouTube following their adventures.

“On behalf of those we serve, I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Nissan for its dedication to supporting our nation’s wounded veterans, their families and caregivers,” said WWP CEO Steve Nardizzi. “Partnerships like these continually renew WWP’s enthusiasm in our mission to honor and empower those who have sacrificed and endured so much in the service of our country.”
