41st Annual Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival Happening Oct. 20–22

Mullet Festival in Boggy Bayou

Mullets deserve more than being pegged as a nickname for bad haircuts. The mullet fish has a place in any healthy diet and offers significant benefits. Mullet is high in omega-3 fatty acids, a nutrient that much of the American population lacks. It’s also a complete protein and provides the necessary amino acids for building and maintaining muscle strength.

Get your mullet fix this month, and celebrate one of Flordia’s favorite maritime delicacies at the 41st Annual Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival.
