General Info and Registration

On Saturday, May 28, 2018, the Eglin Gate-to-Gate Memorial Run returns for its 33rd year. This year, participants can register to run or walk the traditional 4.4-mile course. Best of all, this competitive race is open to the general public, and all ages are allowed to compete. There will also be a free kids’ run after the start of the main race at 9 a.m., with T-shirts for all participants and awards for winners. No registration is required for the Fun Run, and it will begin at the same start line as the main race.

The 4.4-mile course starts at Unity Park, goes down Eglin Boulevard to Memorial Trail, and ends back at Unity Park.

Make sure to register online by 10 p.m. CST on May 19. The cost for pre-registration is $30. Registration will not be available on race day.

If you are not a Department of Defense (DoD) cardholder, your last day to register is May 19. All non-DoD cardholders will need to register online and submit an affidavit no later than May 21 to receive a pass for entrance onto Eglin Airforce Base on race day. You can do this in person at the East or West Gate Visitors Center. For more information on this process and to review the affidavit, consult the Eglin Life official site.
