This new, fully-boxed ladder frame chassis is reinforced for the stiffness and rigidity necessary to handle the new diesel’s towing and payload capability.

Right in the sweet spot, the 2015 Titan XD boasts a powerful diesel engine with the hauling capability of a full-sized heavy-duty truck, without the excess size. Not just any diesel engine will do for the 2016 Titan; only a 310-horsepower 5.0L Cummins turbodiesel, with 555 lb-ft of torque and a heavy-duty Aisin 6-speed automatic transmission, suits this beauty of a truck.
