Gifts have probably already been picked out, and Sunday dinner plans have also been made with the entire family. You, however, would like to take your mom out to eat that weekend, just the two of you. If you live in Fort Walton Beach, then the perfect place to take mom out on the Friday before Mother’s Day is The Macaron Chef.

Hours at The Macaron Chef

You can dine at The Macaron Chef on Mondays through Fridays from 11 am to 4 pm. The restaurant’s hours are perfect for an early lunch, a midday snack, or an early dinner. While The Macaron Chef’s brick and mortar is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, you can visit The Macaron Chef’s vendor tent at several local farmers markets in the area on the weekends.

The Menu

There are some incredible entrees on the menu at The Macaron Chef. Of course, there is the standard brunch favorite – avocado toast. However, there is a full section dedicated just to avocado toast. There is a Veggie Avo that is topped with cucumbers, green onion, radishes, and tomatoes. You could opt for the Salmon Avo. It has sumptuous smoked salmon and tangy goat cheese. On the All Day Snack Menu, you can order the Prosciutto and Blackberry Bites, which is toast with sweet blackberries and salty prosciutto as well as ricotta, basil, and honey. Or you might want to select the Smoked Hungarian Sausage and Cucumber Bites from the All Day Snack Menu. The menu also offers soup, acai bowls, sandwiches, salads, and buddha bowls.
