2016 Nissan Titan XD Turbodiesel Engine
The addition of a turbodiesel engine for the Titan XD is notably one of the biggest differences between the Titan XD and its predecessors. The 5.0-liter V8 makes 310 horsepower and 555 pound-feet of torque and is effectively paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. This allows the Titan XD to tow payloads up to 2,500 lbs (final capacity may vary on Trim and Engine selections). This engine is also designed for optimal fuel efficiency. Long gone are the days when driving a full size truck meant that you had to pay an arm and a leg just to fill up the tank at the pump!
2016 Nissan Titan XD Trim Options
The 2016 Nissan Titan XD comes in many different Trims and configurations allowing drivers to decide if they want a 4 x 2 or a 4 x 4 and also if they want a gas or diesel engine. The base MSRP for the 2016 Nissan Titan XD Crew Cab S (4 x 2, gas engine) is $35,290*.
